Article
II, Section 2 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY-LAWS states as follows:
Non-resident members shall
reside more than seventy (70) miles from Idabel for at least nine (9) months of
the year and shall be at least eighteen (18) years of age. (Amended 1/95)
Article II, Section 6 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB
BY-LAWS states as follows:
Non-resident and provisional members shall be entitled to limited privileges of the Club, which
is defined as all privileges of the Club except such member shall not have the
right to vote in election nor have any voice in the control of management of
the Club.
Article III, Section 2 of
the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY_LAWS states as follows:
Non-resident, junior and
collegiate membership annual dues must be paid in full at the time of
application for membership and shall run from January, 1 to December, 31 of
that same year. (Amended 1/04)
Membership fee for a Non-resident Member is $338.36 which includes sales tax (payable in advance). A check for the amount of the fee must accompany this application. The Board of Directors will meet to approve or disapprove the application. If disapproved, all fees will be refunded.
