            We wish to make application for membership to the Idabel Country Club as a legal corporation. If the   application is approved for membership, the said corporation will abide by the By-Laws of the Club. We       understand that entrance fees and first months dues are payable in advance. We wish to join as a   corporate member and understand that the corporation will be solely responsible for the individuals that         hold membership under the corporation.

 

 

            LEVEL I CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – Entrance fee, $1311.00 includes sales tax

                                                (Monthly 355.27)      Annual dues, $4263.24 includes sales tax

 

            LEVEL II CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP – Entrance fee, $655.50 includes sales tax

                                                (Monthly 186.09)         Annual dues, $2233.14 includes sales tax

 

            Article V, Section 1 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY-LAWS states as follows:

            All dues are payable in advance, whether paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.  If such dues        become in arrears, they are subject to action by the Board of Directors and possible cancellation     of membership.  Annual drafts are drawn on Jan. 1, quarterly drafts on the   first of each quarter,      and monthly drafts on the first or fifteenth of each month.

 

Article II, Section 16 Corporate Memberships A corporate membership would require a company to be a legal corporation and to present proof at time of application. The corporation would be granted three resident memberships to give to any employee or retiree of the particular corporation subject to ICC approval. The corporate membership would be subject to a one time initiation fee (equivalent to three resident membership initiation fees). They would be required to pay for at all times the current monthly dues of three resident members. If the corporation needs more than three memberships they must apply to the board for additional memberships. It would be to the board’s discretion if any additional fees other then the monthly dues would be charged, if additional memberships are granted.  If more than three memberships are granted, anything over three may be dropped at any time by the corporation. ICC would not charge a transfer fee to the corporation to change membership from one person to another but they must go through the application process, and be approved by the board.

Corporate memberships shall be divided in to two classes as follows:

Level I would be the same as a resident full membership with the exception there would be no voting privileges. Level II would be the same as a resident social membership with the exception there would be no voting privileges. See Article II, Section I of the ICC By-Laws (Amended 04/06).

 

Article II. Section I Resident Memberships Resident memberships shall be divided into three classes as follows: (A) Resident full members, who have full use of all club facilities and the golf course (B) Under thirty members who have full use of all club facilities and the golf course. Under thirty would require at least one member of the family to be not less than (19) years of age and the oldest member of the family to be not more than (30) years of age. At the oldest in the families thirtieth birthday, the membership dues will increase to resident full membership rates. (C) Resident social members, who shall have use of all club facilities except golf course privileges (Amended 04/06).
