Article II, Section 15 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY-L= AWS states as follows:

Forty to seventy mile non= -resident members shall reside more than (40) forty miles and not less than (70) miles from Idabel Country Club for at least (9) nine months of each year and shal= l be at least (18) years of age. (Amended 4/06)

 

 

Article II, Section 6 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY-LA= WS states as follows:

Non-resident and provis= ional members shall be entitled to limited privileges of the Club, which is defin= ed as all privileges of the Club except such member shall not have the right to vote in election  nor have any= voice

in the control of manag= ement of the Club.

 

Article III, Section 2 of the IDABEL COUNTRY CLUB BY-L= AWS states as follows:

Fort= y to seventy mile dues must be paid in full at the time of application with one exception, if two forms of guaranteed payment is given in the form of bank draft information and credit card. First payment of half

to b= e due on application (only if draft information and credit card information are atta= ched) and the other half to be drafted or charged to credit card on the first day= of the following month, otherwise the full amount

is d= ue with the application, For renewing forty to seventy members the drafts will be m= ade on January 1st and April 1st. (amended 4/06)

 

Memb= ership fee for a Forty to Seventy Non-Resident Member is $655.50 which includes sa= les tax (half $327.75 payable in advance). A check for the amount of the fee mu= st accompany this application. Membership

 runs from January 1 until December = 31. The Board of Directors will meet to approve or disapprove the application. = If disapproved, all fees will be refunded, If approved the other half will be drafted or charged

 to your credit card on the first da= y of the following month.
